Owner and chef, Mario Cassini is from Belo Horizonte in the Southeast of Brazil. His experience and his passion for Brazilian culture and cuisine have resulted in the creation of Cajú.

Cajú is a crimson and gold fruit found in the Northeast of Brazil. The fruit has the cashew nut attached to the base.
