Located in the Queen Street West Art and Design district, Cajú brings a taste of Brazil to Toronto, with innovative Brazilian food served in a contemporary setting.

Owner and Executive Chef, Mario Cassini, has appeared on Breakfast Television on CITY TV, Daytime on Rogers Television, CFRB Radio, the Harbourfront Hot and Spicy Food Festival, the new Toronto Life show on Toronto One and Toronto Living on Rogers Television. He attended the School of Hospitality at George Brown College and trained with one of the best chefs in Ontario. He has worked in various hotels, restaurants and catering companies in Toronto.
